career, Barbara has held positions in
companies ranging from just a few employees
to Fortune 500 companies.
Hands-on training and
documentation creation has been part of each
of these positions. Barbara has been
developing end-user training manuals, system
process and program documentation for many
years.
Barbara provides company
training needs assessments, recommends and
develops course curriculum, develops
training materials, provides exercises to be
completed in class, and delivers hands-on
training. She can also provide employee
assessment of class training. Her training
classes and system documentation
consistently receive great reviews.
